1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any orders once payment has been made.

 

2. Advance Payments

All custom cake orders and bulk orders require advance payment. Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled by the customer.

3. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order for any reason, the advance amount will not be refunded. Custom cakes and personalized items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

4. Issues with Products

If there is any issue with the product not caused by the business (for example: wrong storage, delay in pickup, customer design misunderstanding), refunds are not provided.

 

However, as a courtesy, we may offer an alternative solution such as:

• Partial remake (if possible)

• Replacement of specific damaged parts

• Discount on a future purchase

(All courtesy solutions are fully based on availability and management approval.)

 

5. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving the product.
We may ask for:

• Photos or videos of the product

• The unused portion returned to the store for inspection

If we confirm the issue, we will provide a suitable replacement.

 

6. Delay in Pickup

We are not responsible for changes in quality due to:

• Late pickup

• Delay in receiving delivery

• Incorrect storage after pickup

No refunds or replacements will be provided in these cases.

 

7. Custom Cake Designs

We try our best to match the requested themes and designs, but exact replication may not always be possible due to artistic variations. No refunds will be given for minor design differences.

 

8. Allergy Disclaimer

Customers must inform us in advance regarding allergies. We are not responsible for allergic reactions if information was not provided during ordering.

 

9. Order Changes

Changes to design, size, flavour, or date are subject to availability. Last-minute changes may not be possible and no refund will be provided.
